They are extremely negligent and unethical!! They were hired by the landlord to replace the roof over a business and 2 apartments. They had absolutely no respect for the business or the customers; they had 5 vehicles in the parking lot leaving no where for customers to park. Absolutely no safety measures were set up for the general publics' safety; no cones or signs but yet a ladder left up to the 20 foot roof for over a week with just caution tape stuck to it,(at least 4 children in the apartments that could have easily climbed the ladder), tarps not secured down blowing out onto the road impeding traffic all this negligence; it is surprising someone was not seriously injured or killed. The ethics of this contractor is unbelievable, one young man got into the business owners face screaming at her and then the older man threw a nail gun off the roof at her grazing her then told the police it fell. It should have been secured to the roof so it could not fall. (Doesn't OSHA mandate this?) Then they refused to give her their insurance information for her medical bills, they wanted her name and home phone number, which is not the way a claim works. They have major anger issues.
