My worst nightmare!! 12/7/2012

I wish I never the owner of this company. She is rude and extremely hateful. I have attempted to talk with her several times about issues with my unit and the only thing that resulted in that is her attempting to evict me for it. Now my family and I are stuck in this nightmare of a unit, unrepaired to the point of causing health issues and all's we can get is "it's not my problem". I am also being left in the dark about "money issues" surrounding my family and I from the previous management company she took our unit over from. If I could do this situation all over again, I'd sleep in my car before I'd rent from this woman. RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN more

Run like hell!! 2/7/2011

I rented from this lady several years ago when I attended MTSU. She was so rude and unreasonable I decided to see if she was still around so I did a search. I am not suprised to find I am not the only one who had such a bad experience. I am suprised she is still in business. I dont know how she stands being around herself much less having customers. I would report her to the BBB if you have a legitimate complaint. I did and she tried to kick me out because of it.....but it was worth it. more

Always courteous 12/1/2010

I have really enjoyed my apartment. I have also appreciated the kindness of J.S properties. Joyce has always answered my questions and when there was a problem or just needed an answer. I appreciate her promptness and she has always been courteous. I believe she really cares about her the tenants she manages more

Mrs. Smotherman couldn't have been more accommodating and respectful. She has a professional demeanor and showed an informative, caring and helpful manner. Rental papers were comprehensive and any questions we had were answered knowledgeably and completely. The garage door opener didn't work but within 24 hours the maintenance supervisor, roger, had it working and provided a second opener. We couldn't be happier with J.S properties. We love our rental home and the respectful and helpful manner that was accorded to us by Mrs. Smotherman and her staff more
