I've gone to J Gregory several times now and Constantin Prajescu always done a great job with my hair. I highly recommend him for your regular hair stylist. He always makes me feel like I'm his most important client, and is consistent in giving me great color and a great cut. I also love the atmosphere at J Gregory--great building! more

I have naturally curly hair and have heard of DevaCurl started in NYC and found a stylist at J Gregory. Katelyn Garcia is AWESOME! She is so easy to talk with, knows about hair and had so many great tips! And since she has curly hair, she totally understood how my hair works unlike every other stylist I have ever been to! THANK YOU, THANK YOU Katelyn! I also loved the building and atmosphere of J Gregory, it was all a GREAT experience! more

A color mishap at a popular salon, set me out on a search for a new stylist. After reading numerous rave reviews about Katelyn Garcia, I decided to make an appointment. Now I too am here to join in the chorus of praise! During our consult she listened to what I wanted and put me at ease by explaining precisely how we could achieve the desired outcome. She took her time correcting the color, cutting, and styling my hair. I walked in with a botched color job and left with a gorgeous mane. Thank you, Katelyn, you are THE BEST!!! more

After going to the same hairstylist for 12 years, I decided it was time for a change. Wow, did I get lucky finding Katelyn Garcia. She is creative, honest, personable and great at her job. I have very fine hair which can be difficult to color/cut/style. I love the highlights and the cut! I have received numerous compliments on my hair. Thanks Katelyn! more

Fantastic Salon. It was recommended to me by a friend and I've been hooked ever since. Would trust anyone else with my color and Katelyn gives me great tips on ideas for my kids who have very curly hair. Katelyn keeps up on the most up to date techniques which I feel is very proactive and professional. I recommend everyone go there.... Except for on the first Wednesday of each month at 8am..... That's my standing appt time . :) more

Great Salon in the Springs. We had just moved from the west coast and I was nervous about finding a good salon. After a lot of research decided on J Gregory Salon. I got an appointment with Katelyn Garcia. She was amazing. She did an excellent job with my color and haircut. She even offered that I could go back incase i wanted any changes to the cut. I would definitely recomend Katelyn. \r \r more

As a new customer of J Gregory salon, I asked for an appointment with someone who would help me choose a color and cut that was appropriate for me. I needed guidance after some unfortunate color choices and a lot of neglect. Constantine was the answer! I walked into the salon feeling a little embarrassed about the way my hair looked. Within minutes of meeting Constantine, he put me at ease. He took a few minutes to evaluate my hair and skin tone then told me what he thought I should do. He was experienced, confident, kind ...and absolutely right. I left the salon feeling like a million bucks. I love my new 'do! I will be a customer of Constantine's from now on...and so should you! more

Amazing Alyssa!! 11/13/2011

I went to J Gregory for the first time after being very disappointed in two other Colorado Springs salons. I had a highlight and haircut with Alyssa and she was nothing short of wonderful! The highlights were perfect and the haircut she gave was EXACTLY what I was looking for!!! I cannot thank her enough and have found my perfect stylist! Bravo J Gregory! more

David at the North Salon Rocks! 11/1/2011

We moved back home to Colorado Springs after a four year absence and I found myself struggling to find a new stylist (my old one moved while we were gone). I walked in to the J Gregory North salon on a whim on my way out of the grocery store and was immediately welcomed by the staff. They were kind and gracious and professional and were able to get me an appointment with David that fit my schedule perfectly.\r \r And what a great stylist David turned out to be!!! I've been seeing him regularly for the last six months and the changes in my hair are amazing! He really listened when I explained what liked and didn't like about my hair and has worked me into a style that I love, get complimented on all the time, and is relatively low maintenance, which with full time school, full time work, and a full time family, is a life saver! David is a consumate professional who really knows his craft and his customers. Barring any unforseen circumstances I will be his client for life and can't recommend him highly enough!! more

Constantin Prajescu--hair genius 9/25/2011

I have fine, straight hair that shows every mistake. Whenever I go to someone a little less experienced or not as talented, I end up disappointed. I've been going to Constantin for about a year and ever since then, I have LOVED my hair like never before in all my 34 years of life! (And I've been to several really talented stylists in the past). I get compliments on the cut and color all the time. I love that I can go to Constantine with total trust in his ability. I can ask for something specific, or just let him decide what to do, and I love the result every time! Constantin also has a great personality and will either listen if I feel like talking, or if I don't feel like talking he always has some entertaining stories to share. But he doesn't yap my ear off the entire time. :) That's important to me to have that dynamic. In addition to Constantin's hair styling genius, the location itself is seriously the hippest salon-environment I've seen in the city so far. To me, that makes paying a high-end salon price all the more worth it. I truly believe you will love your hair and the entire experience after going to Constantin! more

2nd time..SUCKS!! 9/1/2011

It has taken me over a year to write this review. I went an entire pregnancy and then some with what I would say was the worst hair of my life. Maybe it sounds dramatic but Andrea Brown did the worst job cutting my hair!! I have (had) long fine hair that she had a great time chopping away at with those thinning shears. Which made for over a year of frizzy horrible hair. I read that she was ""cutting edge"" oh she CUTS all right.. ALL YOUR HAIR OFF! This was my 2nd bad experience at J Gregory and I will never be back! more

Fun and pampered 8/3/2011

I went to J Gregory today and got my hair cut by Andrea Brown. She was great! She listened to what I had in mind, offered a few suggestions about what would work well with my hair, but in the end left it all up to me. She had great suggestions. It was clear that she wants you to have fun with your hairstyle, yet not try to be someone else. She is bubbly, kind, and I left with a great haircut that works for both work and play! I definitely recommend Andrea at J Gregory. more

Worth it!! 7/20/2011

Went to this salon on a referral from a friend who always has cute hair! She recommended Katelyn Unger. I was a bit hesitant since I have tried so many salons here and in two years, haven't found one that was worth what I was spending. So, I go in and Katelyn really listened to me and what I wanted and made suggestions based on that. She came up with a plan for me to grow out my hair and phase to a more natural color. I was so happy with my hair when I left! i get compliments on my color all the time, by far the most natural looking color I have ever had!! I will def be a repeat customer and will go back to Katelyn over and over! Btw- I go the north location and it's gorgeous and everyone is really friendly! more

Delightful Experience 6/6/2011

I had been wanting to try out J. Gregory Salon for quite some time, mostly based on recommendations from friends who raved about the place, so when a groupon popped up I jumped at the chance to go in. I have to say it is the best cut/highlight job I've had thus far and Karla was super helpful and attentive since I really didn't come in with any clear notions of what I wanted except for a change. \r CK more
