It's the middle of July, and this will make the 4th time in two days Simmons has been out to fix our AC. The guy leaves before he fully makes sure it's working. Three parts late...

NEVER AGAIN!! 7/16/2014

It's the middle of July, and this will make the 4th time in two days Simmons has been out to fix our AC. The guy leaves before he fully makes sure it's working. Three parts later, and two nights trying to sleep in 90 degree weather has pushed me over the edge! I'm hot, sweaty, and irritated. I've been very polite, and nice but, I'm about ready to scream! I won't use my dryer because it makes the house to hot without air, and I haven't cooked for two nights because I don't want my house to heat up to 100 degrees. I wish now we would have used Turner Heating and Air in Commerce!! I pray this time it get's fixed. Fingers crossed! more

Superior Service 9/4/2011

On the Labor Day holiday weekend, our 5 yo AC stopped in 90+ deg. weather and it was an emergency, I cannot tolerate heat (MS). After suffering through a very warm night, and trying all of the trouble shooting steps we could think of, including changing the thermostat and turning off the units for an hour, we called Simmons. On a Sunday morning, Simmons came right out , was very nice and fixed our AC compressor before 10 in the morning and at a very reasonable price! I would trust this company to come out when I am home alone, or when only my daughter is home. more
