I visited J Del olmo to purchase a gown for my sons wedding that I have seen on line. The clerk told us after measuring me that they would have the gown in the store with plenty of time for the Wedding. After a month, they called and said the gown has arrived. We came into the store to try on, it didnot fit and the dress was defective. The clerk than asked their on staff tailor to look at the gown and the tailor told the clerk it was defective. The clerk told me she would call company and call us back that night. She never did. I called her and she told me she would call me the next day. She never did. I called her again, and she said they were closed. I called her the next day, and told her I was very concerned I did not want to wait another month, because it was to close the wedding date. I told her I was forced to shop elsewhere for another gown. She said that it was a good idea, she was concerned as well. The next day I called and said I wanted my deposit back of $500. and she now told me that I cannot get a refund & I must wait until they could get another dress. I asked if she could have the owner call me, she said the owner would call me in 1 hour, she did not call. They have made this wonderful experience into a terrible stressful time and as of this report, I still have no dress for my Sons Wedding and they have my money. DO NOT let this happen to you!!! By the way the clerk turned very nasty and insulting to both me and my husband.
