JD installed my pool about 6 year ago. I recently had a problem and called to have him come to my house and fix my pool--Well he never called me back----I have several friends who also used him to install their pools and when problems occur he forgets who you are--- I also got a bad heat pump from his company that only worked one season. ---DO NOT USE THIS POOL COMPANY!!! He doesn't care about your fixing your pool when problems occur...very bad business man!! more

This company was the best to work with. They treated the consumer with respect and were patient with questions and requests. They not only provided reliable service, but produced an immaculate product! In all my years of doing business, this has been the most satisfied I have been! I would recommend them to any friend or family member. In fact, they treated me like family throughout all of my interactions! Highly recommended. I hope you have the fortune to work with them. more
