I've been going here for years and LOVE how Jenny does my highlights... she uses an application method called bayalage where she basically paints on the highlights (she doesn't use foils). She gets the color right up to the scalp, so you don't have roots for several weeks and you can go 8-10 weeks between appointments. Their rates are decent and you always feel right at home when you're there. Joe Considine is the owner and he is such a sweetie. Check this place out!
