When we had problems with our Frigidaire range while expecting many relatives for Easter dinner we contacted your office. The needed parts were, of course, unavailable at the distributor. Your very efficient Sandy was able to get the needed parts shipped from the factory in time to save us from a family tragedy.? more

Just a note to say I was very impressed with the oven repair service I received from your technician George yesterday. George and his helper showed up on time, was very professional and courteous. I recently called you to voice concerns over the handling of a service call at our house. I dialed the phone and asked for you and I must admit my adrenaline was already in full song. Rather than treat me the same way I had been talked to by both Best Buy and LG, you very calmly explained that the first service call was unacceptable, that you would take care of it. My father taught me to live by the golden rule and I have to say that you have helped restore my faith in humanity. You could have handled this situation many different ways, your choice was to do the right thing. This all took place during a very trying time in our house hold. My father passed away Friday a week ago, followed six days later by mother. My point is, you turned a potentially bad situation into a very good one simply by taking the time to be a human being. more

I have just had my microwave stop working. It sounded perfectly normal, but would not heat anything. I had to look long and hard to find a repair place that handled microwaves and then found J&H Appliance. They were very helpful. Also, I was surprised to find that my repair (a Magnetron replacement) was covered under warranty since the microwave was only 7 years old. If yours fails, these guys might be good resource to check out. more

I am very impressed with the courteous and professional manner exhibited by Nino. I have dealt with many service technicians, some good and some not so good and/or professional. I was impressed that Nino wiped his shoes on the doormat before he entered the house this morning to fix my cooktop. Nino conducted himself in a very considerate, polite, and professional manner. Excellent Techs! 5/19/2010

I would like to commend Billy for the excellent service and care he took to fix our Whirlpool washing machine. I found him to be extremely competent and reliable. He asked good questions, listened, evaluated and quickly initiated a fix. Billy actually found where A&E had improperly installed a part and he fixed it. To put this in perspective, we had A&E visit our home 5 times, over a 6 week period, and the machine was in worse shape by the end of their last visit then when they started. We had a different tech come out each time and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. Each tech had difficulty knowing what the previous tech did or what part they ordered, because much of the information wasn't entered properly in their computer. On several occasions, they called Sears to ask for instruction. Once, the A&E tech actually held out a part and asked if I knew what it was for. I called Whirlpool and asked what good was the warranty. How frustrating! The Whirlpool rep I spoke with apologized and highly recommended J&H. You can imagine how grateful I am that Billy cared and had the intelligence, knowledge and professionalism to do a perfect job in quickly diagnosing the problem the first time. I will highly recommend your company to Whirlpool and anyone who needs service. Please convey my regards and thanks to Billy. You have a gem! Also, please thank Sandy who handled my call initially. She reassured me only one tech from J&H would be involved and she said he was excellent. She was right! more
