This was my first experience with J & B Plumbing and it was fantastic. My husband is a deployed service member and when I called, I was really frustrated with the plumbing backing up in my home. The staff booked an appointment for the next morning, called when they were on their way, and were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They were also very fairly priced. more

Not only would I recommend Butterfield Plumbing highly, I have. I went in to work the next day and told all my coworkers what a pleasant experience getting our garbage disposal fixed had been due to the great plumber. How often do you get to do that? more

On Christmas Eve, my pump went out! 6/5/2012

On Christmas Eve, my pump went out! What a disaster! I tried calling a number of plumbers and they either didn't answer or they said it was the holidays and they couldn't help. I called J & B and they said they would be there in 30 minutes. They were at my house in 20! When he saw it was a bad pump, he said to hold on and went to his truck and he had one! He installed it and cleaned up and was done! It works perfectly and J & B saved the day!! Thank you so much! more

I would say they did an outstanding job with the pump that was broken they also suggested other options but I decided to get a new one. They are by far the best plumbing company. Thanks for your help. more

I called them at 1 AM for a pump and they were there in 1 hour and had a pump! Other companies I called could not help me until the next day. Great job J and B! Thanks for making my situation easier so I wpould not flood!! more

My house has needed plumbing work for a while and it finally became very important! The guys at J & B took care of all the leaks and had to change some things. They really know their stuff and they cleaned up afterwards!! Thank you!! more

Unfortunately, our toilet will overflow for no reason at all. I called a few other plumbers and they said tjhat it will continue to happen and they would come back for a charge! I called J&B and they came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it! They were super nice and professional and I am grateful! Thank you!!! more
