Isi Alarms

You get what you pay for, peace of mind, good service and great product. I ve used ISI alarms for awhile now. My mom lives on her own and because she is out in the country her neighbors are further away. ISI told me about their alert bracelets so we got her one this past Christmas, we both feel better now. They got my vote! more

I am grateful to ISI Alarms. They have been such a tremendous support to my Dad this past year. We got him ISI after he had been living on his own and we worry about him. My family and I can't always be there to check on him. Now I never have to worry. more

I am a college student at UNCC. Living around campus, I have heard of a lot of break ins around the area. This encourage me and my roomates to get ISI Alarms. We are going on our second year now and have had no trouble with them or with any break ins. (Knock on wood). I recommend it definitely more

I was recommended to ISI by one of my friends. Her and her husband have had ISI for years. At first I was a little worried because I saw some bad reviews, but they are unfounded. My experience for these past few months have been just as normal as my previous alarm company. more

Do not do business with these people else you'll regret it more

This companies BBB ratings should give you an idea of their overall status, tney have fallen from a B+ rating to a D+ in a few SHORT months, so that should tell any potential customers a lot. more

Do not do business with these devils! They are incapable of the truth. I received 101 computer generated calls last week. There is no customer service - try calling you will find out. I sent back their alarm package that you can buy for $289 retail and they wanted $500 ""to refurbish it"" - even as they told the BBB that the system could not be refurbished. They claim to be BBB accredited on their website yet the BBB gives them a C+ and the BBB says they ARE NOT accredited. Stay far away from this group! more

The above statement is very true. This alarm company is so a shame of themselves that that have to claim that they are Honeywell. They call people with a scram recording of an FBI review so you can press 2 to speak to one of their lying and uneducated salespeople. If you ever get a phone call from this company...JUST HANG UP...They are a bunch of Rude...IDIOTS more

After agreeing to having this alarm system installed in my home, it turns out my credit was ran without my knowledge or consent and I've had nothing but problems with getting through to this company, not to mention that when I do, no one there knows what they are doing and I get the run around! These are some of the rudest people and I never receive a phone call back. I've even been hung up on! I've read other reviews about this company and it seems that once you sign the contract, you can't cancel without paying a hefty fee or being threatened with a lien on your home. Appointments are missed and they are obviously just out for the money, not to provide a quality service or customer service to its customers. This company obviously operates on fraud and deception. Beware. more
