Isaac's Deli, Lancaster PA 3/15/2006

Isaac's Deli is a casual restaurant with a number of locations throughout Lancaster County. They have more sandwiches than you can imagine, including a number of vegetarian options. Every sandwich I've tried is absolutely delicious. Soups and desserts are also outstanding. The service is consistently superior and the prices are reasonable for a casual lunch. My only warning is that some of the sandwiches are fairly small so you may be left a little hungry. more

you gotta try the pretzel sandwiches 9/27/2005

The sandwiches really are great! THey are maybe a little bit pricey since you only getchips wuith the meal.....but they are very delicious. The desserts are awesome as well. It's a great place for lunch or to go to dinner with friends. also kid friendly more

Isaacs is a great sandwich place! 8/28/2005

We've found Isaac's to be a great sandwich place or even a good dessert place. It is especially kid-friendly (they give out pretzel goldfish and crayons and coloring pages while you are waiting for your order). The food is good - interesting sandwich choices and tasty potato chips. There is also a really awesome broccoli salad. It can be a bit pricey for a family to eat, but there are plenty of coupons around in the Clipper or on the Isaac's website to help out with that. Great place to meet someone for an informal date, for coffee and dessert, or for a fun lunch with kids. more

Good Food, Lousy Service 6/20/2005

Isaacs is a great place for good old fashioned American sandwiches. However, those sandwiches are only as good as the service and the Downtown Isaacs is lousy at providing quality service. With such a small restaurant, it’s often busy, which means it’s crowded and loud at all hours of the day. This often means that service is in a rush to get people in and out so as to feed the need of most of Downtown’s businesses, including the courthouse, which sits right behind the restaurant. If you’re looking for a nice Isaacs to eat, it’s best to go elsewhere, unless you’re stuck Downtown for the day. more
