The Irving Arts Center has something going on at all times. Right now, with kids being out of school, they have a TON of activities and events to keep your children's attention. They have crafts and workshops, photograph showings, drama, so much culture every day of every week. They even have daily summer camps throughout the summer for your kids to enjoy and stay out of your hair for a while! The Irving Arts center is conveniently located on Macarthur Blvd and is always clean - the people who work here are super friendly as well, and can always help you. more

    Irving Arts Center is a Smithsonian affiliate institution that houses two theaters that showcase world-class live performances, five art galleries, and meeting, classroom, reception, and rehearsal facilities. Be sure to ask about our rentals for private events! James Surls' Star Flower anchors a two-acre sculpture garden, helping Irving Arts Center to earn D Magazine's accolade of "Best in the Burbs." Visit our website to see upcoming exhibitions or to buy tickets to a show. Our galleries are free and open every Tuesday-Saturday from noon-5pm!
