Out of all the places in Greenville we went to Irashiai I will never make that mistake again. A coworker and I went to Irashiai for dinner we both ordered a drink and 1 order of sushi rolls my meal came out 20 mins before my coworkers our waitress dropped my meal on the table and walked off with out saying a word. both of us needed new drinks but she never asked if we would like something else. when the manager brought by the second meal we asked her why her meal was brought out so much later then mine she made an excuse and no apology and walked off. Our waitress did not return for 30 mins dropped off our bill and walked off. We were there for 2 hours never got a drink refill and saw our waitress 3 times. We left a tip accordingly to the service we received. As we were walking out the door our waitress came up behind us and said that you for the tip bitch. I have never been treated like this the manager said she was sorry and wrote on the back of a business card a free drink. NOT the way you compensate for a waitress like that. I will never return and have advised to clients, coworkers and friends that they do the same.
