I bought the Denver Daily Deal it said on my receipt that I saved 65 off $120, therefore I paid $55. The person who took the car from my husband said I purchased something for $40. How can that be? They didn't vacuum the trunk. I made sure there was nothing in my car. It wasn't even that dirty. I also cleaned the seats inside. Took me a half hr to finish cleaning the car when my husband got home from your shop. I could have gone to the car wash and had done what you did for a lot less. And, unfortunately my nice husband even gave you a $15 tip. more

Poor customer service, but great quality service 4/19/2011

My first experience with this company was below par. I was told that my service would take 35-40 moinutes, but over an hour and a half later my car was finished. Then, they parked my very brilliantly clean car in a water puddle for me to walk through. They then forgot to leave the keys in the car, causing even more delay. All this with a 14 month old child was not enjoyable. They should have been upfront about the length of the service so I could make an informed decision for myself and my child. Also, after all this and making it clear that I was not happy with the gross underestimation of the time necessary for the service, they made me pay the $2 recyling fee, which was all that was owed due to using a Living Social coupon! Poor customer service for sure. Outside of my experience, the quality of the wash and wax was exceptional, which may be the only reason I give them another try in the future. more

5 star quality and service! 1/18/2011

I took my 1991 Honda Civic (my restoration build) to Intrigue. They removed my cracked and faded pinstriping, removed all dents then did a full exterior polish/wax. The finish on the paint is exceptional. For being a 20 year old car with OEM paint, it looks new. The paint has depth and a mirror-like reflection that is second to none. Justin and Aaron were a pleasure to work with and talk to. These guys live and breathe cars. Thanks guys! more

Even for someone that doesn't have a 100,000 + car :) they still treat you like you do. The service is outstanding and they stand behind there work. I'm very picky and always notice the unseen areas that most detailers forget or miss and they got those areas. I'm proud to show off my car and tell people were and who did it.I can also say with out a doubt they have a customer for life and plan on sending several of my friends there. more

Clear Plex passes test! 8/9/2010

I recently had my '07 Jaguar XKR detailed at Intrigue. After seeing a demonstration of Clear Plex window protection film, I knew I wanted it on my car. The windshield has built-in sensors and is huge and very expensive to replace. The film seemed like a bargain, but how much of a bargain I learned only a week later. My husband and I took a weekend trip to Santa Fe and as we barreled down I-25 at "autobahn speed," we saw a thumb-sized chunk of granite flying right at the car. It hit the windshield directly in front of my husband, in the passenger seat, but left only two very small marks on the Clear Plex and zero damage to the windshield. I now will never be without it. Thanks guys! And the detail job was great, as well! Highly Professional Attention to Detail 6/8/2010

I brought my WRX in for a post-winter detail and it had a lot of crud on it. After Intrigue was finished, it looks almost new. Very good attention to detail, and excellent communication through out the process. more

Exterior Detail for 2001 Audi TT Coupe 6/3/2010

Intrigue is a great company ran by professionals who are passionate about their work. Their facility is amazing and it houses beautiful automotives that show the caliber of work. I had an issue with a liquid concrete mixture with iron pipe water and magnesium chloride that no other shop or person could give me a confident answer that they could do something for me. I was greeted by Justin (one of the owners) and he not only told me he could do what I was looking for but he asked me for a few minutes of my time and removed and polished the main eye sore that was on my car in hopes to gain my business. He certainly accomplished that. As black paint is difficult to care for, I picked my car up after my scheduled appointment very pleased with the work done on it. more

Don't take your Bentley to anyone else, if so, I warned you! 5/24/2010

Listening to my good friend, I used his 'detail guy' to fix some scratches in the paint of my new Continental GT Speed, only to have the problem worsen by 100x! My paint was milky, burnt, horrendous, destroyed, thrashed as one other commented. I sat there thinking of ways to blow the car up, but then I met Justin, and within 6 short days... my paint was back to showroom condition, honestly better, the depth of the shine is spectacular. Plus he's a pretty nice guy to deal with, however, he tells you when you can and can't drive your car, they must be deities in his religion... more

Bar none, this is the best detailer I have ever been to and I have been to several. They're friendly, their attention to detail is above and beyond, they're very knowledgeable and they're fanatical about cars and love what they do. Sometimes I think they care more about my car than I do, as they notice and fix things that I never even see. Some might complain about their pricing, but I think they are reasonable given the service level. This isn't a drive through car wash with a detail department. This is a professional detailer that simply offers the best. I wouldn't even consider taking my car anywhere else, not even for a simple wash. Once they have paint corrected and have taken out swirl marks or other imperfections, you'll never want to submit your car to the abuse that is the norm performed by most others. more

Service was good. 4/19/2010

There may be problems with the product. I have small dots (not dimples)on the Clear Coat and so has my friend Erik Behrensen. Other than that I got a major stone chip the drive after installing the clear coat. The guys at Intrigue know about it and have committed to do whatever is necessary to make sure that I am happy. I will probably replace the windsheild and then get them to place a new Clear Plex cover on the new windshield. more
