TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought a battery from them and they said it was fully charged. Got home and found out not only the opposite...but that the battery was actually bad. I called them because I misplaced receipt and the store manager said I didn't need it, to just bring it back. When I took it back they asked me for a receipt, and when I didn't have it they told me they weren't going to refund my 90 dollars...only 69...because it was impossible that I paid 90 for it. I then went and was able to find my receipt...took it back and EVEN with my receipt the store manager was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL about it and argued and taunted me until I left the store. Do yourself a favor and go to Les Schwab...not only did I get a heavier duty...fully charged battery, but it cost me less and they are much more professional and service oriented to their paying customers!
