We too we charged for Visas and never received them. At the last minute they were air mailed to another company (using our cc) who we had to pay before they would send our Visas. Stay away more

Threats by a wimp 7/23/2014

This John Temple/Chambers is a complete scam. These guys take my info and tell me no problem your visa will take a week at the most. After a week and no word I called emailed and even went by the office. After getting very vocal on a voice nail and sending emails every 30 seconds I get a call telling me if I didn't stop they would lose my passport. I recorded the call and will send to proper authorities I would like to see this guy face to face and tell he how the cow eats the cabbage. Stay away from this company. I now am worried about him stealing my identity. Frauds IMO more

SCAM- BEWARE 6/4/2014

This John Chambers/Temple is a total scam. The only time you can get a hold of him is before you submit your personal information and credit card. Luckily, I didn't send my passport to him. This guy also operates under A Plus Passport. The office is a virtual office run by one guy. I have filed a police report as well as contacted the FBI. I really hope this guy gets shut down. more

Filed a police report against this guy. It's a virtual office. You give your confidential information to a receptionist and she sets it size for him. After confirming that he had all my stuff and taking payment, he has not returned calls or replied to any of my emails. I've left msgs begging him to just return my docs to me...no reply!! more

Good People 9/25/2013

With interest in seeing a good local company do well I write this. Some of the reviews written before this seem like they were written by the competition. I needed one passport renewal and 2 brazil visas relatively fast. Online form way easy to use. People at company were easy to reach. Received my documents in the time I expressed and needed. Sorry no drama to report. Good people dealing with complicated documents and pain in the ass consulates. Dont kill the messenger. more

Beware 8/7/2013

This company took our money and then when it was time to leave for our trip, they air mailed it(using our credit card) to another company. In order to get our Visas we hasd to pay the second company. Dfw passport promised to refund their fees but needless to say that never happened. Use someone like A Briggs more

Travelers Be warned 5/3/2013

This company wasted our time and money waiting for a visa that was never to come. They took our money and our passports, but never turned any thing out. We waited for almost one month, with John Chambers promising us the visas on different dates. This company operates like a criminal enterprise and they might one day land in jail. Needless to say we would advise anyone looking to use this company to look elsewhere or use them at your own risk. You have been warned. more

This company took my passport, over charged my credit card by 600 dollars and they will not return my calls or my passport. Buyer beware. more
