From start to finish we had a wonderful experience at this Ihop location in Glendale ,az.. Our server Helen was so courteous, smiling, and funny. We both had been exhausted and were not very cheery that day but by the time we left we were laughing and totally happy with every part of our visit! The food was so delicious and presented beautifully! Great cooks!! And our server was the best!!! Most of the other servers were also very sweet..only a few should leave their issues at home! Thanks Ihop!! We will be back! more

IHOP 2/15/2006

I usually go to IHOP at dinner time. My whole family loves IHOP. You can get breakfast all day...it is great. The prices are great and the food is great. Now a lot of the staff is young adults and teenagers but I still am happy with the service I have received there. I have never had a problem. I always receive my food fast and hot. The portions are really good too. I would recommend IHOP for a great family restaurant. more

Wonderful food, not so great service. 7/14/2005

I know this restaurant has always had the best food, and that's because pancakes are always good. They make many different variations, and I especially love the chocolate ones. You get nice sized portions, so you won't be hungry at all when you leave. The service, however, wasn't so hot. We barely got any attention, and requests took forever to process. They just seemed to be pottering around, not really doing anything at all. Other than that, though, it was good. more
