DO NOT GO HERE. I went to the one on Miller Lane and bought both my engagement ring and later wedding band. I walk in to get sized and look at some engagement rings. She pulls out one that I fell in love with, and mentioned that they were doing 52% off sale that ended that day. So we ended up buying it (sounds like an awesome deal). First of all I found the SAME EXACT RING online for LESS than what I paid for WITH the discount. Secondly, I thought I chipped the stone, so I take it in there. Some newbie looks at the ring, doesn't know what he's talking about, and the manager, without even taking her fat ass off the chair to look at my ring, yells from her position, ""Well we would have to charge them $200 to buff it out, so just clean it."" So the man goes back to clean it, comes out and says the ""chip"" was just some dirt and now it's fixed. I felt the side of my stone with my fingernail and immediately find the chip. I just said thank you and left and went to another jewelers who said it was just a naturally occurring chip where the two facets meet and that nothing was wrong with my stone, and didn't say anything about charging me for it. Again, when I bought my wedding band I got it for ""50%"" off. All they seem to do is double the price and just say they're doing this awesome sale. I go in there today because the bottom of the band on my engagement ring is tapered really thin--it doesn't even look like it's supposed to be that way, it looks like whoever sized it (twice, mind you, because they didn't size it right the first time) just messed up and left it that way. They said that they don't even offer warranties, and that it would be at least $170 to fix. I have had nothing but problems with them, and have never once had good customer service. They just try to bullshit you and charge you for stuff that you don't need. Crappy service, crappy people! Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!!!!!!!
