When we took possession of the new trailer, we were limited on when we could accept it (we live 1:45 from your location). Vern did something that most companies only dream of. He stayed two hours after your regularly scheduled closing time to finish assisting us with delivery. He took his time describing all the necessary nuances of the airstream, and even assisted us in purchasing some additional items after closing. more

My wife and I purchased a 25FB Safari from Intermountain Coach and we had a fantastic experience with the whole staff. Two of the employees really went above and beyond, answering all of our questions to our complete satisfaction. We compared many manufacturers throughout out our research. It was a direct result of the salesperson’s demeanor, knowledge and presentation that we decided to purchase. more

I purchased a Serenity from Intermountain Coach Leasing then drove it to Texas to see some extended family I had not seen in a while. The trip was uneventful, but it was pretty windy along the way but no storms or incidents. I was delighted at howl little effect strong cross winds had on the vehicle. I didn’t realize the handling ability until I was south of Dalhardt, TX and was going through a couple of small towns. When I had purchased the vehicle, the folks at Intermountain Coach told me that it would be easy to handle, and it was. Even when I passed by huge grain tanks not far from the road that were blocking the wind and making a sort of vacuum effect, the Serenity did really well. \r When I stopped for a pit stop I had a question about the blow valve that came attached to the tank on the driver’s side rear in the black water tank area. I called Intermountain Coach about it and they explained and answered my questions very well with no incidents. All in all, my first road trip with my new RV was great. Couldn’t have done it without the guidance from the guys here. Thanks again.\r more

Thank you for your great customer service provided in our recent car shopping experience at Intermountain Coach. I initially stopped just to look at the Airstream motor homes and spotted a beautiful Chrysler convertible. Your willingness to hold the vehicle until my husband could see it the following day was much appreciated. Although as I predicted we tried out the white one and my husband liked the green colored one better. You understood and pulled the green convertible out for a test drive too. This is where customer service meets the road, no request is too small. After the drive we were given a very fair price for our trade in and we now proudly drive a Chrysler convertible. It is a very nice car and we are enjoying it very much. Thanks again and most likely this will not be our last vehicle from Intermountain Coach. more

I had a great experience when I went to Intermountain Coach. The staff is very helpful and even though I didn’t think I would walk out with anything, I left with an AirStream that fit everything I was looking for. I am completely happy with my purchase and my family has gotten great use out of the AirStream so far. Here’s to more family vacations! more

After purchasing a new RV from Intermountain Coach Leasing, I couldn’t wait to get it out on the open road to see what it could do. I was very surprised at my first long trip. The ride and drive was very easy. After 10 hours of driving I was still quite comfortable. I have driven 3-5 hours in cars and felt more fatigued. And there was no comparison on a two day 1,000 mile trip to Indiana by car. That was tiring. Two days and 1,000 miles driving my new RV was a stroll in the park compared to the Indiana trip. And my family and I will likely be doing the Indiana trip in July if my schedule keeps as is. All in all, a great first experience and you guys have my thanks. more

just wanted to say thanks, for making this our best car buying experience ever! when all was said and done i think you beat our history of buying a car (time wise) by at least two hours... who would have thought you could buy a car in less than an hour! The staff has excellent people skills, and made it so you didn't even feel like you're at the dealership, it was like buying from a friend! i definitely recommend!!!! more

Because of our schedules and living far away, they were willing to stay open late to get us our trailer. They even took the time to explain everything to us and didn't seem rushed at all. Most companies wouldn't even consider doing that and here there was no question they were willing to accommodate us. more
