Best furniture store in Lancaster! I have to say that I strongly disagree with the disappointing reviews below. My experience at Interiors was top notch from start to finish. Their store is absolutely beautiful and their designers are knowledgeable and friendly. I have purchased several pieces of furniture, including a sofa which my family and I use everyday and have had no problems at all, still looks brand new! If you want quality furniture and exceptional customer service I highly recommend shopping at this store. more

Incredibly disappointed! My wife and I thought we were buying a decent sofa and chair. We discussed our needs with the salesperson and they assured us we were buying good quality furniture. Over the first 15 months the sofa and chair needed to be repaired 3 times.Throughout this process we dealt with the owner, Greg Lehman, who initially seemed to want to help us. However after 15 month of trying to repair a clearly inferior sofa and chair he told us he could not longer help us. \r \r We have been trying to get them (Interiors and Greg) to refund us for the past 10 months and he has been incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant. I will never again buy from Interiors because of Greg Lehman. more

Very disappointed... thought I was getting a durable solid oak dining set. A few months after getting it I noticed a large split in the base of the wood and in one of the chairs. They repaired it no problem, ok. A few months later one of the spindles in one of the chair backs cracked and fell out and another chair had very loose legs. So the repair man came back fixed the one chair and tightened the loose one and said you have to tighten them once and a while. Ok fine. Now here we are again a few months later and a month past the 1 year warrenty with another broken spindle and three loose chairs. The chairs won't even tighten, the screws just keep spinning when you turn them. Solid oak should not break this easy, we only eat dinner at this table so its lightly used. My choices when I called are to bring in the chairs and pay for repairs (if they can do it) or pay the repair man for an estimate and then again for the service. He must keep busy with all the repairs from this place. Thoug more

I like the customer service at Interiors and although they are generally high-end, I have found some great values there. I like working with the staff - they are helpful but not pushy. We love the leather couch we found there - was a better deal than at Wolfs Furniture, also in Lancaster. more

We bought master bedroom furniture at Interiors, using consultant Landis Kaperak. He gave us great ideas, at several price points, and in the end we felt we got great value for our money. Recently we contacted him for some suggestions for another room. He answered promptly, again with several price points, plus details as to how we might place the furniture. I would recommend Landis and Interiors to all - the trip to Lancaster, PA, will be worth your while. more
