VERY PLEASED WITH INTEGRITY AUTO GROUP 10/27/2009

I dealt primarily with Jeff White at the Kellogg/Broadway location. Really good guy. He went way out of his way to get me into something that I liked and that could be financed for me. He didn't pressure me into buying something that I could not afford. In fact, he didn't pressure me AT ALL, and I very much appreciate that. He gave me what I thought was a very fair amount for my trade in. The car I bought started making a funny noise, and he immediately had me take it to his mechanic and have it fixed - at his cost. I was extremely happy with the entire transaction and would recommend Jeff 100 times over. Pros: They don't bug the heck out of you to buy, buy, buy Cons: Didn't really have any more

The guys at ""Integrity"" auto are Liars and Scoundrels 4/18/2009

Shawn Welch was the salesman that worked with me. I was looking at a 2006 Scion Tc that he had listed at $12,995. When I found it on cars . c o m AND autotrader for $11,995 he told me that I was lying...until he looked it up himself. I looked up the Autocheck report on the car and it scored a 77 instead of a 83-86 which would have been normal range. The history showed the car had been in a rear end collision and had also had its odometer rolled back. I went to Shawn Welch already knowing this information and asked him if the car had ever been in a collision or had the odometer played with. He said nope clean title. ""Integrity"" auto has everything but integrity. I wouldn't buy a candy bar from them...it would probably be nothing but an empty wrapper. Liars! Pros: I managed to get out of there without being robbed Cons: They will act nice until they figure out you are smart more

Great service 3/18/2008

I recently bought a 05 remix edition eclipse from the guys at integrity and i couldnt believe the great service i recieved. They did everything in their power to get me and my husband approved, due to our ages and lack of credit history it ws hard for us to get approved but they worked out a great deal for us. They gave us a great price ( about 2500 under kbb), and gave a us a great warrenty. The only thing I didnt like was the amount they gave us for our trade in. But over all they really helped us and did a great job! more

HORRIBLE SERVICE 12/26/2007

WENT TO TEST DRIVE VEHICLE, QOATED A PRICE, TEST DROVE THE CAR,LOVED IT, WANTED TO BUY IT. WENT BACK TO ASK FOR MINOR THINGS TO BE FIXED. SALES PERSON JOHN STATED DIDN'T QOATE THAT PRICE AND WON'T FIX ANYTHING, WAS TOLD TO SIT ON IT FOR A DAY AND HE WOULD CALL BACK. HE NEVER CALLED, WENT IN TO GET THE VEHICLE IN THE MORNING AND WAS TOLD IT WAS SOLD AND NOTHING HE COULD DO ABOUT IT. VERY BAD AT HANDELING PROFESSIONAL BUISNESS .
