Innovative Physical Therapy

False feedback. The clinic is a new building like a spa. Very very unique and clean . I am pleased with innovative. They have been there for me all the time. I am a hemiplegic stroke patient who has used innovative 3 different time. Everytime the treaments gets better and better. The therapists are all very knowlegeable and thoughtfull of the patient's limitations. They take the time and give me what I really need to get better eventhough I have been declined by other clinic. They spend two hours with me making sure I leave this clinic with accomplishment. There is no overcharging me . I have been not even charge in many times because they do not even charge after one hour even when I am there for two hours . Inhouse cleaning staff for maintaining the office organized and clean. Pros: above and beyond for providing care. Respect and care for the patient . Cons: They can not see me everyday as the Doctor requested 3 x week. more

I was visiting my hometown and needed to meet with a reputable therapist. The staff was so rude that I left crying. The office was disorderly and I left in more pain than when I went in. Pros: they could see me right away Cons: dirty office, rude therapist more

I am in my late forties, I have a back problem for a while now. My doctor sent me to Innovative Therapy about a year and a half ago to work on my back. Everytime I was there for treatment different person treated me. I don't think they knew what they were doing, when I asked one of them if she was certified in physical therapy or had any formal training I received a very vague answer. I quit going shortly after that because I was getting worse and worse. I requested my Doc to send me somewhere else, he mentioned that I was not the first one to complain about that place. Ended up going to Health South, professional company with professional people. They put me back on the track really fast. I highly not recommend Innovative therapy, waste of time and a lot of money. I have never done physical therapy before, but if I ever have to do it again it will be at innovative. The staff is terriffic, they are knowledgeable and patient, they take their time and really seem to enjoy what they are doing. I actually enjoy going to physical therapy. Not only do they do serious physical therapy, massage, targeted exercises and e-stem, but they do it in an atmosphere that is very enjoyable. I am very grateful to my Dr. for sending me to them. I would recomend them highly to anyone who needs not only physical therapy but also to be around a group of enjoyable people who care about their jobs and do as much as possible to make the physical therapy a positive experience. This is why I loved innovative: I got in immediately, I was seen as I entered the clinic, I got alot of hands on, I recieved ultrasound, e-stim, and water massage, The staff were nice . I have been in pain for 25 years due to a locomotive accident. I have deformity in my back due to my history of pain. I was allowed to seen innovative for 12 visits. THey worked on my back about 30 minutes including doing myofascial release and positioned me in many ways of comfort. I worked about 40 minutes on strengthening and rehabilitating my back. I no longer hunch as much. The pain is barely there. I have learned exercises that I did not know before. I was charged less than my other clinics that I recieved therapy. I recieved the best customer care . The staff were nice and took their time doing manual therapy and massage. Every session consisted one and fifteen minutes . The clinic has many employees trying to do their best taking care of patietns. They also were very flexible with my schaduling . I was greeded every time I had a PT sessions. There is 3 therapist and one PTA taking care of patients. Each therapist does at least 25 minutes of hands on treatment for the bigger body parts.
