SYNERGY HomeCare is a Member of the American Board of HomeCare, and a Certified Home Health Aide Organization by CAHSAH. We provide high quality non-medical home care to seniors and Disabled of various ages. We enable our patients to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own home, without the stress of interrupted routines and changes in daily habits. Our Caregiver's skills and personality are very carefully matched for best fit, providing Companionship, Home Making, and Personal Care services. We also work with each patient and his family to come up with a personalized Plan of Care and schedule of activities that would mentally stimulate them. Each one of our Caregivers is bonded, insured, referenced-checked, and has passed a complete state and national criminal background check, which includes DMV and immigration status checks. As hired employees, they are also covered by worker's compensation and full liability insurance. Training includes a specialized non-medical eldercare curriculum. Services can be arranged from a few hours a week to 24 hours a day, 7 days/week. Short term respite relief or longer term care available seven days-a-week. We provide free in-house assessments to plan the client's care and provide a personal introduction to the Caregiver.

PERSONAL CARE: Personal Hygiene Assistance, Routine Transfer Assistance, Assist With Light Exercise, Alzheimer's Care, Help With Restroom Use, Transportation, Bathing and Showering, Assistance with Dressing
