I agree with the the user who stated the staff at the front desk always stands around looking confused while there is a long line of people waiting to check in. They are also very rude. I always had this problem every time I went there. They would take & give keys out to others who came after those who were there before them & not pay attention to what was going on. They were just really rude & unaware & dumb founded altogether. I did however only like the specialized fitness instructors, they were nice & upbeat but that wasn't many. I thought the place was pretty clean. I did not like that I got suckered into a contract that was actually 2 years when I was told it would only be 1 year & then roll over month to month there after. Luckily I found someone to buy transfer my membership to after 2 months mainly because of the staff & the unpleasant experience. The other downside, you have to move more than 50 miles to cancel your membership for free otherwise you're stuck with it no ifs, ands,or buts. The consultant May had signed me up (and was very nice & convincing when I signed up) but could care less afterward & just would not help me out what so ever. Very rude. I didn't like it there nor would I recommend it. & the ""Free"" consultation they give you and a ""personal trainer"", really is only to measure your body & show you around the machines & one exercise routine to match. Don't let them fool you like they did me. Also their tanning beds are the majority of the time busy with lines. If you must, I'd recommend getting their week trial pass to see for yourself how you like it. I wish I knew that before I went through the hassle.
Pros: fun dance classes (pay extra for of course)
Cons: everything else
