A Hidden Gem: Inner Strength Yoga Studios 3/20/2006

Inner Strength is an amazing place. They offer a number of yoga classes per day--it is vinyasa style yoga with a number of other influences, including Anusara technique. It is an incredible workout, but it is not your typical hot Power Yoga. They also offer acupuncture, massage, and personal training. I have had acupuncture and shiatsu services, and have been amazed with the results. Their practitioners are very knowledgeable and professional. You walk out of a treatment feeling absolutely alive and energized. more
