Brought in my laptop, with a replacement screen that Sony gave me. Infostream told me the part was wrong, and ended up being right about it. Sony didn't even have the right part for my screen, but Infostream found it from a local supplier and had it back to me in a few days. These guys are serious about customer service. Highly recommended. more

Great Service 4/28/2012

Fantastic Service! They fixed a nasty virus and did not charge me too much at all. They explained what was wrong and they told me what they were doing every step of the way. Now my laptop works great! They even called me a few days after I picked up my laptop to make sure everything was still working okay. Wow! Can't say enough good things about these people. These are the good guys in town. When I brought my computer in, they fixed my problem, kept me updated on what was going on, and they never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They treated me like a real customer and not just a number. I will always use Infostream more

IT at its best I called these guys in because I had a serious virus. Once they had dealt with the issue I asked them to reconfigure all my systems and they were first class. I'd just like to say thank you and look forward to working with you again soon. I would highly recommend this company. The support was fantastic and they did a full Data backup for me. more
