This is to the owner. I am writing in regards to my friend, who was employed in 2013. I though he lied when he told me about your company, but seeing all the reviews I now have to change my view. He was on a job that for whatever reason he could not complete. He also stated that he called the company to leave a message that he would not be able to complete the assignment. To my disbelief, your ""professional"" organization does not have such a service, so instead he told the manager at his placement. This is a shame, since many of your employees work nights. My advise to you, as a business owner, would be implement a feature where your value employees could make you aware of unforeseen situations; way before 24 hours. Sorry, but life does not happen in 24 hour increments. This way you would NOT be told by employees (Managers and/ or supervisors) at the companies that you have placed personnel. more

This is the worst conceiving disrespectful agency I ever worked in my 8 years of working, if you want to stay in a good mood do not call them. They got me a job and i was a great worker as soon as im abou to get my 1st full check they call and say they no longr need me then cut my check from 11.00 to 7.79, and i worked 2 days the following week and they claim it was cut bc it was my last check when technically its NOT bc i worked 2 days the next week so i get one more check. The people at this company are not the most professional just a thought . We are in a business relationship; you send me to an assignment and I make money for you and me . Your personalty when dealing with your money makers should the first thing you have in check . Because there other staffing companies that we can go and work for and make them money . This is a RELATIONSHIP please remember that. more

Infiniti you say that you got such a strong rep. through central florida and that you have never had any problems all the 11 years you have been up and running, than come these negative reviews are on here?...because there's one thing I can tell everyone on here: I was treated like garbage myself AND I NEVER GOT TO WORK FOR YOUR FIRM. I read an ad for some opportunities for driving and warehouse work. I missed the part that no one with any driving violations need apply for a driving opportunity and instead of correcting me with this when I called them in regards to it, they're like ""it's our ad and we'll post whatever the !@#$ we want"" like you didn't feel the crunch that everyone else was and just didn't give a d___ if someone made a wasted 30 mi trip or can't handle constructive criticism or something. more

The worst employment agency you can go to for employment as a welder they know nothing about this trade and the guy who works there as the manager is a real self centered jerk of a man. He is such a punk you just want to beat his little pea brain in. All welders don't wast your time there unless you want to lower your standards and give this punk your hard earned money. Try any union hall or try the yellow pages for a job if you know what you are doing. After 29 years in the trade this guy would not make a pimple on a welders ass. more

We seek highly motivated, ambitious and hard working people who are looking for a long-term / permanent position with a great company in Orlando. It is unfortunate that you feel the way you do, however, the people that left negative reviews were terminated for quitting their job without notice. All we ask for is 24 hours notice, which is NOT a lot. All you have to do is follow company policy and have the courtesy and ethics of giving notice. For the ones not hired, we are not a state funded agency that guarantees jobs. We hire based on skill and qualifications. Jobs are not guaranteed, no matter where you apply. You may think you are qualified, but do not understand the qualifications set by the hiring company. We wish you good luck. I will finish by saying, INFINITI has been in business 9 years and has a solid reputation. We work with some of Orlando's biggest employers and employ thousands each year, all of which are satisfied, appreciative and even come back if needed. Hello, I am presently an employee of Infinite employment and have been placed in a factory for over 5 months. I am still making 7.40 an hour working third shift . I was told that my pay would increase but it was a lie. People are treated badly by the owner of this company and noone knows who is who when you call. Carin, is the worst person to deal with! She confuses everyone, doesn't follow up on anything and changes her story to her boss a hundred times????They don't clarify things, they give you a hard time with any issues that you may need addressed and they are constantly making mistakes with my pay check. I feel that it is done on purpose by now cause maybe the owner is in financial trouble. The people they hire for their jobs have criminal records and we are forced to work in hostlie environments because of the owner being desperate to make money. I have kids to support and dont have a choice but to work for them for now, but I do not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off applying to a fast food place or a store because there is no advancement with this company. more

I was told to report any criminal history from the last ten years, which I put down as ""none"". Jennifer placed me in a job that was temp to hire. I was let go after only 4 days because she claims I lied on my application by stating that I had no criminal history (i had a felony over 14 years ago- when I was 18 years old). She swears she told us that we had to report ANY criminal history, NOT just from the last 10 years - but I KNOW she never said that. I signed up at office on E. Colonial. I was hired by Jennifer. I was assigned to do production work, I have always done office work, but needed the money. After working three days my ankle swelled from standing on it all day, so I called into the agency on the 4th day. These peopl lied and said I never called in, and then tried to say the company let me go, when I was the one who called in stating that I was unable to do the job due to my ankle. The ""bitch"" Jennifer became very nasty stating that I would have to now be paid minimum wage because I didn't give 24 hours notice. I informed her that I didn't forsee 24 hours ago that my ankle was going to be messed up, she began to get very loud with me. I informed her that I was going to report her agency to the Dept. of Labor, and also report that two women at the job site one who's ""corriene's niece informed me that they didn't have to take the drug test. So as you can see this agency is unprofessional, and they take advantage of people who don't know any better. I ahve worked for local governments and the state of Fl. and I know that there are things that employers can't get away with, so I will also be calling the local media as well. I do not reccomend anyone to go to this place for a job. They do not care about their clients. They are filled with lies. My boyfriend has been looking for a job with them for about 4 months. They did not call until a month later. His rep Karen called once and she wanted to go to a job that was too far. Okay we said next time. About 1/12 month later she called back and asked him to be at the building for 6:15 am. She was not even there yet. She then showed up and said the job is not reday. The next day she called, he missed her call, and she never left a message. He went the next day to the job at 6:15 am and no one was there. Karen them called him at 8am in the morning to tell him the job is cancelled. She did not even have the courtesy to say sorry for the inconvinience. I called to speak to her manager (jennifer) about what she did, and I can here her lying. She said she spoke to my boyfriend the night before, which she did not. The manager then began to have an attitude with me and put me on hold with out letting me know. This company is suppose to help people, but they lie to you and do not care about their clients at all. more

3 yrs ago, I came back from overseas and needed a job badly. I had no job, no car, and no place to live. Within a day these people had me working. In three months I became a manager where I was assigned. Then I was in charge of all the people infinity would send over to me. The majority of problem people would just quit in the middle of a shift, not show up, and b*tch constantly to no end. I got good people from there most of the time, but reading these negative comments reminds me of the worthless people I would see on occasion. These are the same people who have had multiple jobs over and over again. Its not them its YOU! These people at infinity can't magically wave their wands and turn sh*t into gold. The majority of people that walk into that place aren't of good character to begin with, so imagine them trying to find a job for them... One plus, they do find you a job quickly, I was found a job within 1 day. Most are factory or working at warehouse/yards. I was treated like garbage at the yard I was working in but I worked diligently because I needed the job. I complained to the staff of the treatment and they kept putting excuses that I needed to call sooner to be transferred to a new assignment. When I was finally able to be taken out of that assignment they told me there was nothing else available! I was left with nothing and had to resign, on top of that the place I was assigned to gave false complains so Infinity Employment bumped my payrate for my final week to $6.79/hr. I was busting my chops moving 200lb items in the warehouse and sweating everyday like a dog. In the end Infinity was paying $8.00 for this backbreaking work and probably pocketing double for services. Not like other services, I recommend Spherion or Kelly Services. ANY OTHER AGENCY will treat you like what you deserve to be treated. A RESPECTED EMPLOYEE who REPRESENTS THE COMPANY. Not a garbage average ""Joe"" they can replace with anyone in 24 hours. Don't waste your valuable time. I moved to Florida over a year ago without a job. I found that Infiniti had many posting and I called them right away. They were able to see me right away and in less then 3 days I was working. They found me a position to start with and then when the position in my field became avaialable they were able to place me with a great company. I have now been working for that company for over 8 months and I love it. I want to Thank Infiniti for there quick help and for also getting me to work right away. My family was able to move down after one month of me being here. I have told a lot of people about them and I will continue to do so. more

Infiniti Solutions Agency I would not recommend to someone who is seeking a job with good character and honesty. This agency misleads employees when describing job. They do not look out for the best interest of the employee. If a employer does not like you or feels that you are not right for the job they bring your salary down to minium wage.
