Eric called ahead and showed up when he said he would. He got right to work on my AC unit and found the problem quickly, and repaired my unit. Our AC had been leaking water into the ceiling for a while. After calling someone I found on google and paying them $50 to come out they told me that I needed a new AC unit for $5000+. Given that the unit blew cold air I thought that sounded wrong. I called Indoor Comfort Team, they sent someone out the next day who found a hole in the condensation drainage line. Fixed it for a reasonable price and now we're all set more

Indoor Comfort Team was recommended by a reputable company who themselves could not handle servicing our furnace. I was at the end of my wits with the gas company that said it would take nearly three weeks to come out and start the pilot on a furnace that has not been used for a few years! So after calling plumbers and running into roadblocks left and right, I called Indoor Comfort Team. I was quite frustrated by this time, but much to my surprise they were able to schedule me within an hour of my call! Ron came out in less than an hour, checked and started the furnace, checked for carbon-monoxide levels, and then there was warmth!!! The fee was reasonable, and Ron was friendly, but professional and knowledgeable. I was relieved and grateful and you can be sure I will call them in the future for all heating and air conditioning issues. Don't hesitate to call these people, they are all about service! :) more

Yes, Eric is an excellent technician, finds the most cost effective way to do the job well at a very reasonable price and shows up on time! I called Indoor Comfort Team to do a tricky job to re-install our window air conditioner with the right bracket. Their price came in under the estimate because they did a work around with our Citiquiet window. Eric discovered black mold in the vent even though we had had the unit cleaned recently by a company I will not use again and cleaned it all out no extra charge. more

Just yesterday, I reached out to this company to have an AC unit installed, and not only did I get a quick response from Adam, but he was also extremely accommodating and set me up with an appointment for the next day. Adam arrived right on time and was very courteous and friendly and had the unit installed within 30 minutes. He was extremely professional, and took the extra time to put silicon sealer around the unit as well as be sure that everything was cleaned up afterward. I would definitely recommend him and his company not only for their reasonable rates, but also their excellent service. more
