Cut/Brow & Lip Wax 10/9/2011

Nicole not only did a wonderful job on the cut and wax, but I was very impressed and pleased with how much time she spent with me. I know she was in a bit of a time crunch, and I was late for my appt, and she took her time and did not rush. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that!!! more

Lindsay is fab! 10/8/2011

Lindsay gave me a great haircut. I'm experiencing breakage and thinning hair and she gave me a cut and styling ideas that really look great. Plus she pointed me in the right direction for products that are helping repair my hair. She's really awesome! more

Loved the whole spa experience. 10/6/2011

I have been receiving Aveda services at a different location, and loved it which is why I sought out an Aveda Salon when we moved. I have not been disappointed with the change. In fact, your place took the experience to a whole new level. I love the spa experience I have received with each service, not to mention the quality of each service each member of our family has received. Also, I Love, love, love Aveda products. more

Updo for Dance 10/3/2011

The stylist was very nice and did a good job but within an hour of being home most of the curls had gone straight. I wish she would of used more spray and to spend $60.00 for this we were very disappointed!!!!!!! more

Absolutely excellent experiences 10/2/2011

I've been seeing my stylist Rachel for about 3 years. We love going to see her! She does a fabulous job with both of my young children as well! She is so patient, and I feel so comfortable and confidant that I trust her to do whatever she wants with our hair. Even her suggestions for coloring are fun & turn out wonderfully! more

Poor Customer Service 10/1/2011

Indira has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff booking apts and ringing up sales are SO rude. They chit chat w/ each other while you stand there waiting to be checked out and act inconvenienced as they are checking you out. They have an extremely high turnover of stylist which suggests to me something is not right w/the business. Stylist build clientele and they can't do that moving around. When they leave a salon it is money lost. The Aveda name is the only thing that keeps this salon afloat. If they would lose their Aveda certification they would lose most of their clients. more

This is not the first pedicure I've gotten from the amazing Maria and it certainly won't be the last. She is kind, thorough, gentle and caring -- and she really knows her stuff. She is one of the most popular pedicurists in town for good reason. But that's not the only reason I love Indira. They take care of you from the moment you walk into the door -- with offers to hang up your coat and get you coffee. I look forward to my visits! more

They didn't want my business 10/1/2011

I will not buy any services from this salon, only products. I had a gift certificate I recieved from a friend and tried to schedule an appointment for services over the phone. It was required I "hold the apt" with a credit card number. I refused saying I had a gift certificate for the full price of the service and that I would provide the certificate number only. I was told that I there,fore would not be able to schedule an appointment.I had never purchased services at this salon. I disagree with their policy of mistrusting me and my intentions of showing up for my apt before I even set foot in their salon! more
