Very helpful and generous people 5/31/2013

Thomas had our door fixed before another company could even get out to make an estimate. Parts at cost, labor more than reasonable. We ended up over paying him a little because of a miscalculation, he cut a check and had it to us the next day (a Sunday). Service and integrity clearly top notch. And when was done, the door looked brand new and ran quieter than it ever has. I'll tell my friends if they ever need a repair or install. more

Not knowing which company was trust worthy to repair our garage door from, this sight helped us alot and the service we received was total satisfactory. They came on time, fixed up and when one of batteries were not functioning, Tech came in 48 hours to replace with a new one, and again on time. more

Tech was very professional and flexible when replacing our garage door. Even though we messed up the original measurements, he figured out a solution and was back within 12 hours with the right door! All of this at a good price. I appreciated his ability to use technology (email/text) as well as phone to figure out details. Most companies are not this responsive. more

Jack bends over backwards to provide his customers with the best products, and services in town. Jack truely cares and has for many years. He handles things himself to make sure it gets done right, and he has refined standard installation to a premium, custom, and meticulous installation that will last for years to come. more

Easy to work with 12/3/2012

. I have used this company previously to replace a garage door spring approximately a year ago and this time to replace the garage door opener. I will call them again if I should require their services and would most definitely recommend them to anyone that may need to have similar repair work performed. Thumbs up! more

Used these guys last year. They put in our garage door and opener. Got a great price for an excellent service. They showed up on time as scheduled and put it in quickly. The installer was very friendly, chatty actually. Would highly recommend Indian Hills Garage Door for everyone. The door is beautiful and very well insulated. more

When I needed a garage door company to work on my Clicker garage door remote I called this garage door remote service because they had an excellent reputation in the community. They sent one of their expert techs to my home and the troubleshooting begun. Within a few moments the tech found what was wrong and made the proper repair. I cannot ask for more than that. more

Worked PERFECT 9/7/2011

They are great! I was in a panic and he fixed my garage door that same evening (I called at 7pm) and he made it out the next hour later! He's very responsive, knowledgable, reasonably priced, follows up, follows through, and will stand by his products/service--will even come back if something goes wrong with your garage door a month or 2 later! He goes above and beyond what is expected. I'm definitely keeping his contact info in case I need to repair or replace another garage door opener. more

Tech from these company is a great person and was very thorough when explaining what had gone wrong. He was on time, despite having to drive so far to get to me. Best part was that he was done very fast and charged me close to nothing compared to other quotes. My door was not closing level and a cable was off. Works great now! Highly recommended. more
