ICS is my go to auto specialist when I need car care services. Problems are diagnose and discussed prior to to the staff performing any repairs. Every time that I have a need for car services I always seek out these professionals and would even go out of my way to contact them for their expertise in making major decisions. I referred several persons to them because they can be trusted. more

I've been going to Tony and his crew for over 20 years, and I can't say enough wonderful things about them. They truly care about their clients, they are honest to a fault, and they would NEVER recommend services you didn't need only to profit for themselves ... in fact, they are great in helping you prioritize your car's maintenance in suggesting you do only what's necessary and nothing more, especially if your budget is tight. They will give you a timeline to keep track of what's important, and they keep impeccable records of your vehicle so that there's no confusion about what it needs and when. Beyond their exemplary expertise, they are the nicest, most fun group of guys you could ask to work with. There's a wonderful warmth and camaraderie amongst the staff, and they go out of their way to take care of you in the most personalized way, even going above and beyond in small things. They have scores of long-term clients like me, and yet they somehow know MY car as well or better than! I do. I'm sure every client feels the exact same way. I've been recommending Tony and ICS to everyone I know my entire adult life. Why? Because I know they're the best, most honest car specialists out there. These guys really love what they do. And they treat their customers like family. Entering the comforatable and very clean lobby you immediately feel welcomed. I have been taking my cars there for years ... you are greeted by Paul who takes all your car info ... and gets it scheduled for your work ... Tony the owner has a variety of professional mechanics to get the job done quickly. On a good day ... you can even get your car washed after it is serviced!!! more

Went in for the free check engine light scan which is good. They told me that it had to do with the evap.I paid about $200 truck then worked fine about 3 weeks later the light came back on I took it to one of my customers to have it. Checked out he told me that it was the gas cap that didn't work anymore I showed him the work they did on my truck he said that it was not needed so I got jacked for $200 lesson learned no more going there more

There are several reasons we don't use ICS anymore, perhaps the principal is swapping out cheaper, lower quality parts for parts which they said were available as replacement parts but which turned out NOT to be available and NOT informing me of that fact but going ahead and installing low quality parts AND not adjusting the cost downward to reflect the drop in quality. more

We enjoy total peace of mind when taking our cars to Independent Car Specialists. We have taken our four Hondas, 1 Acura and now an Infinity to the guys over the years. We only considered buying the Infinity when they guaranteed us they will do the work on it. We are confident in their workmanship and integrity and have referred many friends and relatives to them.
