You really actually get more than what you pay for. Troy will pay attention to you and usually goes longer than an hour. Totally love his personal training, I wouldn't recommend...

One happy golfer! 1/8/2014

I love to golf and look good. Troy has been very helpful with both of these. He shows up at my house and we workout wherever there is room. Sometime indoor and sometime outdoors or the park. My posture and core has improved so much as well as my golf. It costs about $80 a session but it sure is worth it. more
