I had such a wonderful experience at the Issaquah InSpa that I decided to share it on City Search. I don't typically leave feedback (positive or negative), but I hope my comments left here are an indication of the type of experience you will have. My usual Spa, also in Issaquah, was overbooked on a Thursday, so I decided to shop around for something different. I found that the InSpa location in Issaquah would be very convenient for me. I called the front desk and they were able to fit me in to their schedule for a massage and facial. I received the facial first, and the esthetician was polite and professional. I was very impressed with the level of comfort she provided. She also offered up some advice for future skincare which will help protect my skin. Next, I received my massage. This is by far one of the best massages I have ever received. The staff made me feel right at home, and as I relaxed on the massage table, they were able to relieve my stress. The massage therapist took the time to determine if I prefer to talk during my massages, have a quiet environment, or just listen to the soothing sound of music that they provide. This is the first time anyone has ever taken the time to find out what type of massage experience I prefer. Sometimes massage therapists assume that you are the talking type, when you just want to relax and enjoy. This Spa exceeded all of my needs, and I will be back for a future visit soon!
