Improvement Pros put in some wood flooring about 467 sq. feet of flooring for my house. Everything turned out very good. I interacted with the owner John and talked with him. John was very nice and helpful. My kids were there during the installation while I was out of town so I didn't interact with the workers. They did everything they said they would do. I would use them again for a future project. They are very thorough and the proposal came in to the dollar amount they said it would. They did good work. more

Good overall. 7/24/2013

Improvement Pros, LLC put in a thousand square feet of floors for me. I would've liked more of a description of what the job would entail duration-wise, but their customer service was good, the quote was good, and I'd say it was a solid experience overall. more
