I have been getting my hair cut and colored here since I accidentally turned half my hair purple 3 years ago and needed professional help!
They are a little bit expensive, but worth it. My daughter has very difficult hair, and I couldn't find anyone at Fantastic Sams or Supercuts to do much better than I could at home, so I take her there too. A kids haircut for her is $18 there.
They are a full service salon, offering waxing, pedicures, massage, and even wrap treatments. The environment is great, as you would expect for what you pay, with good lightening and free coffee/tea.
