I've always been satisfied with Imperial Glass Block's prices, service, and turnaround times. I work for a mid-size property management company, and have ordered many dozens of windows from them over the years. We always receive high quality windows, a fast turnaround time, and good customer service. Today, I went to them to get a replacement vent door, because the plastic tab on the side of the door was broken. Instead of selling me a new vent door, they replaced the broken tab for free. Imperial/J.Doheny GlassBlock Absolutely Fantastic 3/30/2008

The quality and service from Imperial Glass block and the professional installation of J.Doheny GlassBlock was absolutely fantastic. From the initial call to the final result it was top notch. I had six windows installed. Their salesman from J.Doheny GlassBlock came to the house. He was very clean, courteous, and punctual. His pricing was not the least costly but very reasonable after expalining the quality and craftsmanship involved. (They have been in glass block for over 50 years.) They also have a web site which was very helpful. Pros: Professional, Craftsman, Courteous, Punctual, Appreciative, Very Clean, Cons: Can't think of any more

Best place to get glass block in all of Chicago 12/6/2006

I don't know what more I can say about Imperial Glass Block then what my title already says, I recently purchased 3 Glass Block Windows and a glass block shower from Imperial Glass Block and the service and pricing was great. If you are looking for quality glass block products I would highly reccommend Imperial. Pros: Pricing, Quality, Service Cons: Only cash or check more
