Awful service; embarrassment to health care providers. We were looking for a new physician and wanted to stay local. It took them over 3 weeks to schedule our appointment. When we arrived the 20 minutes early as requested to fill out paperwork they were not prepared for us. 15 minutes later we received the paperwork to complete. We waited an additional 50 minutes past our appointment time without so much as a mention of an apology for the delay nor an update of when we could expect to see the physician. After managing our 3 and 1 yr old children in their small waiting room for over 70 minutes we got up and left. The receptionist just smiled as we exited without any concern of us leaving. This experience is a complete and utter embarrassment to the health care community. I weep for my town of Imlay City not having a competent health care facility in their city limits. Shame on you Imlay City Family Practice.
