Illini Shuttle

Took four rides. All promised USB and wifi, none had it. Seats were cramped. Toilet didn't work, if anyone used them the whole bus would smell. Has been up to an hour late. Refused compensation. Would recommend reading up on company's shady behavior. Anyone considering should take Peoria shuttle more

Get this company if you are looking for value. These people don't even expect tips so you can safely save on that. Why do I say that? Experience for yourself and you'll know. I just got yelled at by one of their guys for no reason, which ia alright since I normally feel obligated to give $2 tips each time. Now I can save on that without feeling bad. So you guys shouldn't feel bad too if you want to save on that because they are not expecting it. Business wise I think they are probably missing out on about 200k of tip revenue year. Too bad. more

I used both services to Ohare and LEX was best by far. Illini shuttle had a jerk driver named Gene who was rude and disrespectful to a couple of people. The LEX driver was far nicer. If you have a choie go with LEX! more

Donghui Wei, You are one messed up dude. First, your are a very poor writer. Your frequent misuse of words and poor grammar discredits you from the start. Second, you've got it completely backwards in your last paragraph. People who have negative experiences tend to be far more motivated than those who have positive experiences. Case in point: you. Third, I think it is you that is not too bright, not Suburban Express. Suburban Express is in Champaign. If the bag was lost up north, someone would have to drive up there before commencing their search. Fourth, given your tone here, I wouldn't be surprised if you could induce a normally nice person to become frustrated. I'm frustrated just reading your garbage. Fifth, if the contents of your bag were not damaged and they offered to buy you a new suitcaase, I really don't see any basis for any kind of gripe. It is very inconvenient to go to the Chicago airport. Take a taxi is quite expensive. If someone drives you, he will take 3 hours driving there and go back for another 3 hours. So this shuttle is a convenient way. Their price is fare and their shuttle buses are nice. Just wish they could have more services. more
