Terrible! Just Awful!!! 7/19/2012

If I could rate this place zero stars that s what it would of receive one star is being too generous! They re apparently too ignorant to understand what customer service actually is. Extremely rude especially the females. There's only one decent instructor How is that even possible it's a driving school for God's sake!!! I'd strongly recommend you search for another driving school in the area such as Junior's Driving School on 3712 Kennedy Blvd, Union City, NJ 07087, I've heard very positive reviews from friends and family... I only wish I would have heard it sooner. Extremely disappointed! Save yourself the Money $$$$, hassle, and disappointment.\r \r This place is just terrible! more

When I lost my job I needed to do something fast. I called Jorge and he helped me get my CDL license. He was a great instructor! He took me to my road test and I passed on my first attempt. Now that i'm working again I wanted to say thanks. I have recommended Ideal to my friends. more

Ideal Driving School is mediocre compared to JUNIOR 9/28/2009

Not as good as Junior 's Driving School they over booked and cannot accomodate student most of the time, not goal oriented , as long as you pay ,they will take you, but don't emphasize on passing the road test, my wife spend so much time and money on them still failed 2x i switched her to Junior Driving School and Ismael gave her the license the first time he took her to Lodi.
