We have been using a managed computer solution for years that provided the servers, systems, network devices and service to run our office. However, the responses to our requests resulted in days of waiting for resolution and more often than not we had more problems occur after the initial problem was fixed. Pros: They deliver what they say they will deliver more

Flat rate saves time and money 6/18/2008

As a small non-profit company, we were using a local technician that would come by when we had a problem to save a few dollars. The service was decent but when our server crashed, we were down for three days. The data loss we encountered due to the back-up not running properly was monumental and required a temp to re-enter accounting and database files. Pros: Not question is too small. Anyone in our organization can call our techies! Cons: Sometimes we have to leave a message for a call back. The most we have waited for a return call is 20 minutes. more

The best IT support. Period 6/18/2008

For years, our production company has been spending thousands maintaining our systems and servers. When ITelagen told us that they could reduce our return on investment, maintain our current environment and help us with future expansion, it sounded too good to be true. After a year of service we can say that we have no issues and, for the first time in our existence, we know exactly what our IT support will cost annually to the dollar. No surprises or hidden costs. The best IT services I have ever used! 6/10/2008

I was referred to Itelagen through a friend of mine aftre having difficulties with another company. I love the flat rate plans they utilize! Thye were able to help me save all my files I thought were lost and helped wire up my entire network much quicker than any other had done before.
