The best thing I could have done for myself in the last year was sign up for classes at iLoveKickboxing-North Branford. When I first signed up I was really nervous, but the moment I stepped through their doors all my nervousness disappeared. I was greeted by the night manager, Jeremy, who is amazing and takes the time to talk to you about what the classes are about and your different sign up options.
The training staff is amazing. There are several different trainers throughout the week, so your workouts are not only influenced by how you feel day to but by the different styles of each instructor. Each instructor takes the time to make sure you are doing each move correctly and encourages you to push yourself to get the most out of your workout within your own fitness level. The classes are super fun and challenging and I have never felt better.
Finally, I can't leave out Dennis and Marisa. They are the glue that holds this place together. From the first moment you meet either one of them, they are warm, friendly and encouraging. They take the time to listen to what you want and encourage you to be the best that you can.
I have never been apart of any fitness studio/class like this and to know that when I walk in each day that I will be greeted by friendly and knowledgeable people makes my workouts even better. I'm very grateful to have found iLoveKickingboxing-North Branford, CT.
