I have always taken my prius back to I-10 Toyota to get my recommended service every so often. I have neven had any problem whatsoever. The techs are super nice and explain everyt...

Worst

I called the Service Department for a quote on an oil change...a very basic question...and got the run around. The chap I spoke with in the Service Department was totally clueless...

Terrible Service 9/20/2011

I called the Service Department for a quote on an oil change...a very basic question...and got the run around. The chap I spoke with in the Service Department was totally clueless and gave me several options on the oil change which was an inordinate amount. I then called Toyota of the Desert in Cathedral City and spoke to some one Professional who quoted me a good price and knew what he was saying....and you know where I took my car for Service. This dealership is a disgrace to the Toyota network of dealerships and needs help. more

Had no problem at the Service Center! 11/25/2008

The techs are super nice and explain everything in an easily understood manner....I dont know whats up with the other review about grease fittings? Maybe they did not need to be regreased...futher more you should ever have to regrease the fittings unless your car has a ton of miles. Pros: Factory trained techs, good customer service Cons: none ......oh wait its super hot in Indio! more

Don't trust their service department. 9/29/2007

I always double check the work of mechanics. Most of the work that I was charged for was done - except all of my grease fittings never got greased. Next time I'll go to another dealership. Nothing burns me up more than paying for services that never get done! Cons: never gave me FOBs for alarm more
