They came out the same day I called them - on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. They kept me informed of their arrival time. The repairs were completed in a timely manner by a courteous technician. Thanks! more

I Know A Guy Garage Doors were recommended by a friend of mine to put in some new garage doors for me. Thomas did the work, and he was very professional. He came out on time, and had the work completed in a timely manner. On a scale of one to ten, the end result was a ten. I would recommend him to anyone. more

Overall I was satisfied with the service I received from I KNOW A GUY GARAGE DOORS. I called them up, told them my problem, and was able to schedule a next day appointment. The estimate was free and the price I was given, I thought was fair and reasonable; I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. The work was completed quickly and it was guaranteed to be fixed again if need be for free. more

I had a broken garage door and could not get my car out on a Saturday! Called "I know a guy" they answered right away and were over with in an hour with all needed tools and parts. Work done was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend using this company to anyone looking for local professional help. more

Thomas was best of three quotes to replace broken garage door springs, willing to come same day if needed. Arrived with two pairs of springs to ensure he had correct size. He was polite, personable, and professional. I already recommended him to a neighbor, and if we need any garage door related service, we will contact Thomas at "I Know A Guy." more

Even though we messed up the original measurements, he figured out a solution and was back within 12 hours with the right door! All of this at a good price. I appreciated his ability to use technology (email/text) as well as phone to figure out details. Most companies are not this responsive. more

Absolutely 100 satisfied. Thomas was on time and had the door installed in no time. Quality work and friendly service. I liked his price so much I've had him quote out some other home projects I need to get done. I was very pleased with his prices on those as well! I'll definitely be calling him up for those.
