This is the only hotel I stay at when I go to Dallas. It's in a great location and I can normally get a regular room for $70 on Priceline! They just redid Hyatts nationwide, and now they have these *amazing* beds - Big fluffy sheets and like 8 pillows. Good stuff.
The only thing is the price - It's a luxury hotel, so everything's expensive. It's like $20 to park, and breakfast is a small fortune for my college student budget, but there are fast food places around the area for a cheap breakfast. They staff always seems kind of snobby to me (probably because I don't tip them) but they are helpful.
