bad pet policy 2/2/2011

you have to pay a $300 non refundable pet deposit that doesnt go towards any damages a pet may cause it is just a fee you pay so when you move out dont expect that to help with any damages.. other than that its a nice place to live very quite and friendly staff. more

Wonderful Apartments 8/20/2005

Great for someone who has a low budget, and can’t yet afford a house. Has very cheap rates which are perfect. You can never hear the surrounding apartments above or beside you. Perfect prices and Perfect accommodations. What more could you ask for? Definitely look in to if you’re looking for apartments. more
