The Best! 2/27/2011

Bret and Todd are the best. I have had both of my BMW's (a 2004 and a 1987) in and the bill was never more than advertised. They even knew about a recall on the 2004 that saved me 1500 dollars in repairs! I can't say enough good things about them! more

Good: They always take the necessary time to explain repairs and services done to my car. I do not feel they are overpriced like others have asserted here compared to Petersons. They've always been less - they aren't out for revenue like Petersons. Have you seen the sheet of 'recommendations' from Petersons when you go to pickup your car? They try to nickel and dime you for everything. They even complained about the tires on my car not being sold by them!. Improvements: Waiting room a bit cramped but part of the fun!. Other: Highly recommend Hurless for service and repair needs. 110% satisfied customer!. more

Poor Service 2/2/2010

Every time I come in for a suggested repair by them they always seem to find something else wrong. I have also brought my car in multiple times and get it back and have to bring it back in because it was not fixed correctly, three times to be exact. Always expect to wait 30 minutes or more when you come to pick up your car. I would give them a ranking of 2 out of 10. I wish I could recommend someone else but I am still in search of good repair shop for BMW's. more

Nobody does it better! 8/17/2009

These are the most honest & trustworthy guys in the car repair business. A woman going to a mechanic is often an opportunity for a shop to fast talk us into spending more than we should. I've been taking my cars to Hurless Brothers for over twenty years and have never been treated with anything but respect. It's the little things; like not billing extra for on the spot fixes and always vacuming my car and washing the windows that bring me back again and again. The care and attention my cars recieve and the savings over the dealer's pricing makes them the only choice for me. Thank you, Brett & Todd more

wow they were higher priced then the bmw dealer 8/3/2009

well i own a 2004 bmw and heard how great hurless brothers were so i took my car in for brake work and found they were way higher priced then the dealer and were trying to up sell me on work that was not needed and talked down to me not very professional but if you are a north ender with a endless amount of money well keep letting them pork you with a smile more

Great, IF you can get in 8/19/2005

This is an absolutely fantastic car repair place. If you drive an Audi, Volvo, any european car, this is where you should go to get it fixed. Now, the catch, it's damn hard to get an appointment. They are always fully booked up to like two or three weeks in advance. This alone speaks highly for their service, but can be a major inconvenience. If you can get in, they provide great service, with a courteous, knowledgeable staff. If not, better luck next time. more

The only place to take your Volvo 8/17/2005

Or Mercedes or BMW. Hurless Brothers has all the qualities of an excellent mechanics shop: top-notch mechanics, excellent service, reasonable prices, and a willingness to explain repairs to the customer. We had our Volvo serviced there for years, and were always pleased with the quality of the work. Enough so that we drove 20 miles (one-way) to have them work on our car. more
