Buy a used truck anywhere but here, or expect to have to take it somewhere else to make it right and include that cost in consideration for buying. I purchased a 2003 F250 Super D...

Excellent Service.....I couldn't have been happier with the treatment. In fact,Tim was very easy to deal with on price. The salesman nick was very knowledgable and treated me with respect. I even got a new car when I thought only used would fit my small budget. I would recommend this dealership to friends or family. more

I have purchased 8 cars in my life and Huntington Beach Ford was by far the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. I called before hand and when I arrive they had the perfect vehicles ready for me to test drive I was in and out of finance in 30 minutes I was amazed by the customer service I received. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fast and welcoming car buying experience. more

I purchased a F250 from this dealership and got excellent service. They didn't waste my time trying to sell me something I didn't want. They brought me right to the truck I was interested in buying. The paperwork was done in a timely fashion and I wasn't oversold with unescessary "extras". I have told all my co-workers, family and friends to go to HB Ford if they are planning on buying a vehicle. When it's time to get service on my truck or purchase another vehicle, I will take my business there. more

We drove from Nevada to purchase a Mercedes which we saw advertised. It was exactly as advertised and the price was better than any we could find locally. Sales staff was very friendly and helpful; financing staff was great as well. No complaints. Would highly recommend. more

I was looking for a used truck. I found a great selection of trucks at Huntington Beach Ford. Prior to shopping at this dealership, I spent a good month researching the truck I wanted. My experience at Huntington Beach Ford was the best by far of all the other dealerships I went too. The truck and the price were both unbeatable. I also appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. The sales manager Alex Stoeber, made me feel very secure about my decision and the buying process was completed in less than an hour. I am a very inpatient person, so I very much appreciated this quick process more

Where to start... Thank you so much for helping me find the truck i've been looking for!!! I'm excited and extremely satisfied with my experience at HB Ford. Their entire staff was very curteous, patient, and above all lacked the pressure I was worried about getting with any vehicle purchase in general. I came in looking for a 2010 super-duty F250 and found exactly what I was looking for. I was very specific when I gave Paul the details of the truck and he did not settle until he found it for me! They had a larger selection than 2 other ford dealerships I stopped at over the weekend which was great. I would go on much more but I think my gratitude in this review served it's purpose. If you're looking for a Ford in socal I recommend this dealership!!!!!!!! more

This was by far the best car buying experience EVER!!! Everyone was very nice and professional. They also took extra time to explain all of the paperwork to me in detail. I did not feel pressured at all, which is a relief because all the other Ford dealerships I went to in OC were extremelly high pressure and flat out rude!I really am enjoying my new Mustang, and will be telling ALL of my friends how GREAT these guys are!!! more

All the sales man helped so much. 12/2/2010

I have already sent my uncle and my sister there and both have purchased vehicles. The Sales man, Zach, was very patient with me and did everything I asked. I told Zach that I did not like coming to dealerships because of the length of time it takes to buy a car. Being a stay at home mom with two boys is very difficult when having to take them with me everywhere I go. All the sales man helped so much by keeping the boys happy and playing with them, that my experience flew by very quickly. more
