My daughter failed her eye exam at her 5 y.o. check up and the pediatrician referred us to Dr. Koller's office. I called and made the appt., I was asked about my medical insurance and provided the info. My husband took my daughter for the appt. He was asked for our medical insurance card, they made a copy, and returned the card to him. He then waited for 2 HOURS to be seen. After the appt, they determined that she was only slightly near sighted and had no major issues with her eyes...Great news, right? Well, when my husband went to check out, they asked about our vision plan. We provided the vision plan info. They said, ""We don't take that so you owe us $110."" He paid it and then I called to complain. They apologized for not asking us ahead of time about our vision plan but then blamed me for not knowing that they did not take my vision plan.....How would I, when you only asked me about the medical!!!!!
