This office is a joke. My daughter was involved in a lawn mower accident. She has had 4 different lawyers. The lawyer was nice when I spoke to her. I did all the work for them. ALL THE WORK. Then when it is time to go to court for settlement, they mispelled our names and place of incident. I showed them the error and they said their defense counsel will not be able to fix in time before court date which is 7 days away. It's a word document. They want their 33,000. out of 100,000. My daughter will walk away with less than 50,000 after I pay the medical bills. I am in no rush, they kept me waiting for 2 years. Now that it is time for them to get the check, they want to hurry it up even with errors in files. My answer is no, I am taking my sweet time like they did. I am in NO RUSH AT ALL.. ASS HOLES more

Do your self a big favor, Stay away from Huges and Coleman. They will lie to you , They will do what ever it takes to get their pockets full and leave you with nothing. They will say that you agreed to things that you never talk to them about at all. Any thing to get their part of the money and leave you with nothing. You will need to hire another lawyer in order to deal with them.( stay away from the ambulance chasers ) more

I am having similar problems to the last post.\r My attorney has quit or was fired but anyhow she is no longer there.\r I feel that they are extremely inept, incompetent, untrained, or maybe they just don't care.\r \r Good luck getting the people they hire to answer phones or to even call you back (why) I think they are quasi para legals that sound like they just graduated high school.\r I would honestly look elsewhere.\r The settlement was not huge it was sub par at best, I think my daughter could have negotiated a better offer. more

I was in an auto accident, and was recommended this firm by a friend that was using them for a workman's compensation case. I've witnessed how often she got to speak to her lawyer in person and on the phone, her case manager was a sweet heart and they sent her to an AMAZING doctor... Me? My case manager was rude anytime she needed to do her job for me, my lawyer? couldn't get him on the phone only thru email and he was cocky and rude as well... I was informed they only had one doctor for auto injury cases, this doctor was unseen until my surgery day, I'd dealt with his RUDE p.a. for over a month before I ever got to see him then the surgeries made me worse!!! Sooo if you've been hurt on the job, call them you'll be treated great and only have to pay out 25% of your settlement but if you've been injured in an auto accident expect to be treated like dirt and robbed at a steep 35% from your settlement... I'm saddened by my treatment I thought they would put the same effort into my case as they did my friends but NOPE I got the shaft, while she got the throne!!! Pros: null Cons: null more
