I am shocked at the lack of regard for the very basic customer service skills this company has! I have never in all my professional years dealt with such an unprofessional customer service or company like this one. The woman who answers the phone is literally working on one brain cell and and slow as a turtle. She refused to have someone call me back without knowing every detail about the intent of my conversation with the person who would call- her reason: because the person needs to be prepared in advance for a simple call! After I gave her 5 minutes worth of info and didn't have a specife plan number to give her to reference she said no one would call and hung up! When I called back I asked to speak to the owner and after being on hold for almost 10 minutes ""Henry"" came to the phone. I expressed my dissatisfaction about the way the woman handled my call and he said your rude and then hung up on me! I can't believe a business like this is even in business speaking to customers this way. I would never recommend anyone do business with these bunch of unprofessional people. Stay Away they are rude and obviously not a sizable business.
